what kind of church are we?

What We Believe:

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and that He was crucified, died and was buried. On the third day, He rose from the dead and later ascended into heaven, where He remains at the right hand of God Almighty.

We believe that since all persons are separated from God by sin and are in need of forgiveness, God offers the free gift of salvation. Each person must individually accept this gift, repent of sin, and place their faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. (John 3:3)

We believe in the importance of attending church services where we receive all we need for spiritual growth while being surrounded by the love of our church family. (Hebrews 10:24 - 25)

We believe that when the Rapture occurs, the dead in Christ will rise first, and then those who are alive and remain (those that have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior) will be caught up to meet Him in the air. (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)

We believe the Bible was written and inspired by God.

We believe faith is acting on the Word of God.

We believe in water baptism in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the authority of Jesus' name.

We believe in the indwelling of, and baptism of, the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

We believe in divine healing—the restoration of health to those who believe and act on the truths written in God's Word. We further believe that Jesus is our Healer and that by His stripes we are already healed. (James 5:14-16)

We believe tithes and offerings should be freely given to your local church. The local church is the place of membership where God has called you to receive His Word on a consistent basis and to grow spiritually.

We believe in giving support to the poor, sick, homeless and others in despair.

our purpose:

Our purpose is to bring the lost to Jesus Christ and to build up and encourage those who are already believers, and to teach the gospel of Jesus Christ through the power of the Holy Spirit.

our vision:

Our vision is to utilize and coordinate every available resource to meet the needs of people in this community in order to impact their world and beyond, while offering them the message of love, truth, and hope that is in Jesus Christ.

what to expect:

We strive to make every guest feel like part of our family. Our greeters will offer you a warm and friendly welcome the moment you arrive. We offer a mixed style of worship at all services. We won’t ask you to wear a name tag or stand up in front of the congregation to announce your visit-- we just want you to feel at home with us.

Bring your kids! We have excellent, well-trained children's and nursery workers who consist of believers who have accepted the call of God to teach. If you would like to keep them with you in the service, that is also acceptable.

Come as you are. We don't have a dress code. Just be comfortable.
